DIY Sea Spray

*Poll down at the bottom of screen*
Let me just say this week has been the most awful week ever. So to get away from it all I decided to write on this blog. It only makes me more depressed to know this blog only has 17 views since I posted this. Those were probably from me editing it. And I have no poll votes, not even one. So here is how to make your own DIY salt spray, that is super cheap and actually works. This seriously worked for me, you can also alter the amounts of product in the sea spay to get the best results with your hair.

What you'll need:

  • A small plastic spray bottle
  • Sea salt
  • Hair get
  • Spoon
  •  Warm water

First take your spray bottle and fill it with water, leave a little bit of room at the top. Next, pour your sea salt into a spoon, and pour it into the bottle. I used 2 heaping spoon fulls for my spray bottle, and it was pretty small. Screw the top on your spray bottle and shake for a minute or too until the salt is dissolved. Open your spray bottle up and squeeze a little into your spray bottle, not too much depending on the hold you are looking for, I did a dime sized amount. Screw the top back on your spray bottle and shake. Tada, you have your very own sea spray. You can spray this on wet or dry hair, I sprayed it on damp hair, and scrunched a bit, then re sprayed when it was dry and scrunched. Keep in mind I have very fine hair, so I dunno if this method will work for you. Always shake before applying to hair.
